The Foscam C1 Wireless Indoor IP Security Camera with built-in PIR (Passive Infrared) detector uses the same technology to detect the heat from a human body as a dedicated security alarm and has the advantage of being able to record and transmit video and photos.
The Foscam C1 Security Camera is suited to indoor use and has a Super Wide 115 deg Viewing Angle with Active Motion Detection and Passive Infrared (PIR) Human Body Sensor. Connect by Wi-Fi or network cable to your internet modem/router for viewing on your smart phone or laptop from anywhere. Using infrared LED's (no visible light) the C1 Security Camera can see and record in total darkness out to 8m.
The Foscam C1 Security Camera also features 2 way audio with a built in speaker and microphone so you can listen in as well. There is a Micro SD card slot that will accept up to a 32gb card for recording of video and images.
