We call this our "PARTNERS PACK" because it is an ideal set to share between a couple.
An average man/women should start with a 12kg or 16kg kettlebell. Then as your technique improves over time you may progress to a 16kg or 20kg kettlebell.
Keep in mind that it is a very good idea to warm up with a lighter kettlebell before starting your workout.
