NATURAL FINISH KETTLEBELLS
Our Natural Finish kettlebells offer incredible value. These black natural finish kettlebells have smooth, wide handles for a variety of movements and are just the right thickness for giving you a bit of a grip workout while still enabling you to blast your cardiovascular system without stressing your hands too much. Another plus is our kettlebells have wide handles allowing for a comfortable two handed grip without having to squeeze your hands in.
Our Natural Finish Kettlebells have a coat of dull black paint with very little other finishing done to them other than grinding all the burrs from the casting process and smoothing out the handle area.
WHICH KETTLEBELL IS RIGHT FOR ME?
An average man should start with a 12 to 16kg kettlebell. Then as your technique improves over time you may progress to heavier kettlebells.
An average women should start with a 6 to 8kg kettlebell, strong women may want to start with a 10kg. Again as your technique and strength improves you may progress to a heavier kettlebell.
Keep in mind that it is a very good idea to warm up with a lighter kettlebell before starting your workout. An 8kg for men and a 4kg for women is ideal for novice lifters.

A kettlebell looks like a cannon ball with a handle. The shape of the kettlebell allows for unique positioning of the weight directly above your centre of mass, which allows for greater endurance and longevity in the core lifts so that you can produce a much higher volume of exercise and thus greater conditioning and fitness.
