The RK6900 is a heavy Duty squat rack with safety catches. Unlike other cheaper squat racks Its Very sturdy and Great for squatting Heavy Weights and more.
Add a bench and you would have a WIDE GRIP BENCH PRESS. And depending on how adjustable your bench is you can do incline, decline and military press.
We say its heavy Duty we mean it. This is a solid squat rack with very thick steel. If you’re squatting 150KG to 300KG this will handle the load no problem. If you are bit rough No problem this is a heavy Duty Unit
